Six elements of the plate changer gasket:

4. Anti-permeability: The polymer three-dimensional network structure of synthetic rubber can resist the penetration of any different chemical liquids (media resistance).

5. Temperature resistance: One of the disadvantages of rubber in polymer materials is that all synthetic rubber materials can only be applied to relatively narrow temperature zones in terms of temperature resistance. Therefore, carefully select according to the temperature required for use. Material formulation is very important.

6. Service life: Many new synthetic materials have long service life compared with the old model materials. This is due to the use of new additive additives to further extend the service life. In this respect, it is very important to choose the right synthetic material formula. All rubber-based synthetic materials will undergo stress relaxation. During the process of use, the initial sealing function will gradually decrease due to chemical changes inside the synthetic material, and when the sealing performance is low. At the very least, leaks are inevitable.
